trnsfr #3 now available to the public

November 8, 2010

The new issue of trnsfr arrived in my mailbox early last week, and since then I’ve been unable to blog. My Macbook Pro is so jealous of trnsfr‘s outlandish production values that it refuses to operate in the journal’s vicinity. Issue #3 includes six short stories written on postcards, a gigantic illustrated broadside, a flip cartoon, and many fine words of fiction written by J.A. Tyler, Blake Butler, Chelsea Martin, Matthew Simmons, Catherine Lacey, Molly Gaudry, Michael Kimball, Paul Maliszewski, and others, including your friend Robert Hinderliter. Paying only ten bucks for this journal is like assaulting the editor in a parking lot and stealing the watch his little sister gave him before she died in a boating accident on Lake Huron.
